Guys, it is with great sadness that I inform you that this project turned out to be a SCAM. The developers did not pay awards to the participants of the bounty and more than 5 months tormented them, forcing them to go through the KYC procedure again and again. I hope they get what they deserve.

Is there a way to track how much tokens have been sold thus far? The final phase of ICO is still months away, so how do you plan to attract more investors with so much less marketing? How to know that you passed the KYC? Please, check the status in your personal account and in the spreadsheet. You can find the KYC status in the left bottom corner in your personal account. For those, who had some issues with automated KYC, your current status is available in the spreadsheet only. If you see the “Passed” status, then everything is ok and no need to worry, your tokens will be transferred to you during the next week.

If you haven’t started with KYC yet, here is what you do:
– Register at the baltic.fund website
– Confirm the registration via your e-mail
– Press the KYC button in your personal account and follow the instructions
Please, keep in mind that by registering at the website and ticking the boxes you agree that you are not a citizen/resident of the USA and its territories.
Also, please pay attention, that your name and surname at the registration must coincide with the name in your ID and your ID must be of an international type with a photo, otherwise, you won’t pass the automated KYC.

In case, you can’t pass the automated KYC, please, send a message to [email protected] where you describe your problem. The title should look like “Problem with automated KYC”. Please, don’t send the messages like “Important” in the title and “KYC?” in the message body, such kind of messages will have the lowest priority.

You are completely right, you have done everthing right as a token issuer to prevent USA residents from participating. Hopefully everything will be alright and NASAA won't mess with your business.
 I believe we should see this situation as a distinction - confirmation, that you are a serious player in this business :-)

Regarging NASAA “International Crypto Crackdown”

Yesterday we were contacted by Office of Missouri Secretary of State Securities Division with an Order to Cease & Desist and Order to Show Cause.

We would like to make a statement, that no USA (including all territories of this country) residents are allowed to obtain BALT tokens and participate in Baltic.fund campaigns, and here is how we eliminate them from taking part:

1. As a first step, everyone, who would like to join our community, no matter whether this person wants to purchase tokens or participate in our bounty campaign has to register at our website and sign the Terms between our company and himself/herself. Simply reading our Whitepaper is not enough. The only legal agreement between us and the token holders are Terms of Use, every participant of our ecosystem must register at our website, read and accept the Terms, otherwise he is not allowed to take part in any Baltic.fund activities.

It is clearly stated in our Terms of Use, that no USA (including all territories of this country) residents are allowed to obtain BALT tokens.

2. But that’s obviously not enough, that’s why we run KYC procedures on every person, who is registered at our website. Our KYC policy is very strict (and recently we explained why)and the KYC is mandatory for every token holder, no matter if a person purchased the tokens or receive them for the participation in our bounty campaign. In case, we have any doubts, we run additional KYC (including, but not limited to a video call with this person), and in case we still have doubts, we ban this person from receiving our tokens.

We take all these measures to be sure, that we comply with all the laws and regulations.

Also, we would like to point out, that our Whitepaper, Summary and other materials, including the articles on how our platform works, are advertising materials, and they don’t explain the legal regulations between us and our token holders. We oblige our community to read and agree to the Terms of Use.

In conclusion, we would like to add, that as it is stated above, there is no possibility for USA (including all territories of this country) residents to purchase, obtain, or somehow recieve BALT tokens.

When we should expect some big announcements from the project? All the same I want to see something interesting, because the idea itself is quite attractive

if you see the concept is pretty good. they will be an investor and mentoring at startup will start. probably almost similar to a taas fund if ga wrong.
