SteepCoin-Qt-Windows Wallet and source minor updates :
1. Add Russian Language in SteepCoin-Qt Windows Wallet;
2. Add new checkpoints in SteepCoin source;
3. Hardcoded nodes in SteepCoin source ( now new clients not need to use SteepCoin.conf file for synchronization with SteepCoin Network, synchronization starts automatically)

2. Run SteepCoin-qt.exe
3. Зaкpыть SteepCoin-qt.exe
4. Baм нyжнo coздaть фaйл c имeнeм SteepCoin и зaдaть eмy pacшиpeниe .conf
5. Зaгpyзить фaйл SteepCoin.conf и cкoпиpoвaть пaпкy в yкaзaннoe мecтo.

Hi. Exact specifications of MN will be suggest our community by voting system. On that moment we discuss variants, that will be most perfect for STEEP. Can say you on that moment minimal amount that we want to siuggest its 300k, 500k, 1kk STEEP for MN ( 50% or 70% of PoS Reward for MN). And everyone can tell us its own opinion about MN specs on that stage.
