Of course, our platform is made for that. This is a typical contract, in which escrow enters the contract and holds the money for the duration of the deal, in order to ensure that both counterparties follow through with their obligations. The advantage Confideal provides here is that instead of people or organizations, the escrow service is executed by program code, which decreases the transactional fee for both sides of the deal.

No, if a person holds a large number of CDL tokens and tries to use them to promote their “own” arbiter to one of the top positions in the rating, the ratio of likes to dislikes, as well as their total amount, will serve as an additional indicator of the experience of that arbiter and the quality of their work.

Depends on regulation in that countries, legally, the company restricts the token sale to citizens of individual countries, including the US, as it does not go through KYC of users at the time of token sale and does not do the proof of residence at the same time. But according to the documents, it reserves the right to go through KYC after collecting funds if individual transactions fall under the criteria of suspicious transactions defined by international agreements on money-laundering.

No, clients have recourse to arbitration only when their rights had been violated. Arbitration fee is 10% of contract amount!

Nice idea but do I feel the space is indeed in need of this type of services now, my answer is NO, I will be watching the performance of the ICO, if its become successful then that means I'm wrong but I have a feeling the team will struggle to raise capital in the current space

Such an approach does not exclude the possibility of the token sale by the citizens of these countries through the use of VPN but allows the issuing company to remain in the legal field without violating the laws of these countries.
