Will users be able to participate with sharing information's in any way? I know its not planned like that, but it would be really interesting, if it would turn into a kind of wikipedia of health and medicine, where users could contribute to it.
As far as I understood this project it implies a completely different. And self-medication does not lead to anything good!

Unqualified self-proclaimed health 'experts' are everywhere and it is recommended that people avoid them for their own health's sake

Yeah, health should be held by people who understand and has experience in it. In health, even a simple mistakenly written could lead a big disaster.

thats the point where I see the big chance oaf ehealth
I think it doesn't have too much sense to do something like that for this project because in the case of giving bad advice could affect the reputation of the platform.

I agree, I think eHealth should stick to professional doctors whose credibility could be verified. Otherwise, the platform would be taking on a big risk, it's simply not worth it.

Absolutely. I'm all for collecting the data of individuals but the interpretation of it should be up to doctors.

I only hope that "couch experts" will not be allowed to give their "authorized" opinion and do not let other beople believe in what they are writing

In telegram you can find several member of the team, they are very active in there. As for the amount of funds raised unless something changes we will have o wait till 17th of March

They are more active in telegram than here. It is nice that there is a platform we can reach them but of course i would have preferred here Smiley

they should engage here as well. it's an important forum and where people discover projects.

I think eHealth has really potential to become something really big here.

I just read this short article about that Vitalik Buterin has donated around $2.4m to SENS last year.
For everyone who wants to read himself: https://cointelegraph.com/news/vitalik-buterin-donates-24-million-in-ether-to-anti-aging-research

Thank you cantdecide.. interesting information .. do you know if sens is tied to EHF ?

That is a research program, ehealth is not. But it's as important and they have a chance
But they would probably need some research activities in the beginning, right?

SENS is the program where Aubrey De Grey is the chief science officer, so they are linked.

If SENS really linked with ehealth then this is a very good news for this project.
This proves that there's a lot of interest around this industry and that a successful project can make a lot of money.
Great then, the project has started to meet our expectations. They will plan more collaborations than that, so I think there will be more good news in the future

For now Ehealth is not a research program but you never know what they can do once they get a huge users base and a financial boost. I wouldnt be surprised if they would start their own researches since some of their team members are experts in their fields.

As Aubrey De Grey is involved in SENS and eHealth I assume he will use his research data etc. if needed also for eHealth, but of course that is something I can't know. Would be cool to get a statement from the team how SENS and eHealth are linked, if they really are. My assumption above is of course nothing official.

I was pretty busy lately and didn't follow this project quite closely. Did they announce how much money the raised so far during the private-sale or will they only announce it after the private round is over?

probably after the private sale they will announce it. still no news, though.

At the moment, the focus of the news/announcements by the the team seem to be introducing the team members of eHealth

You should check out the twitter channel and/or telegram. They seem to be a little bit more active there.

Im also want to know how much they are funding at the moment, I think we will have more news after the end of the private sale. EHF seems to interest people so maybe a nice amount.
