I think eHealth has really potential to become something really big here.

I just read this short article about that Vitalik Buterin has donated around $2.4m to SENS last year.
For everyone who wants to read himself: https://cointelegraph.com/news/vitalik-buterin-donates-24-million-in-ether-to-anti-aging-research

Thank you cantdecide.. interesting information .. do you know if sens is tied to EHF ?

That is a research program, ehealth is not. But it's as important and they have a chance
But they would probably need some research activities in the beginning, right?

SENS is the program where Aubrey De Grey is the chief science officer, so they are linked.

If SENS really linked with ehealth then this is a very good news for this project.
This proves that there's a lot of interest around this industry and that a successful project can make a lot of money.

At the beginning i was aöso sceptical at least because of the long roadmap.
But as long as I follow the project every step is very good. For example the 300 page Whitepaper
which describes the project pretty good.

This project has an unusual timeline:) to 2025, being sceptical is normal imo. But Aubrey's connections with Vitalik, a very long, detailed whitepaper is building a huge trust in me.
The roadmap is pretty unusual for crypto but looking at the planning and information provided in the wp, it is clear that it is a serious team with clear ideas.

it takes time to get a project up and running ,especially with this level of complexity. it only seems unusual because this is crypto.
Ehealth is actually a project started and fully involved with Crypto, but its application will be outside of it for the most part, this involves legislation, codes and other more complex things, so perhaps the project demands so much time, values and efforts. The only certainty is that it will succeed when applied, and already draws attention of internal and external public to the Crypto

I agree with you. The longevity research part will be traditional, so will be setting up the legal foundations.
It's still nice that Vitalik Buterin has shown interest in the topic so that other people involved in Crypto become intersted in the topic.

It's good that the team is honest about the fact it will take years to finish the project. You will get back these years when eHealth extends your lifespan in return. Wink
If everything will go in this project as intended, then the longer it will be in total the better. Frankly, such project should be endless or at least without any visible end.

I still don't understand the EHF team structure. Is Aubrey really a contributing team member and what is his role in EHF? I don't see any Tweets from him about EHF.

When Aubrey will make a video for eHealth, like the one we have seen already, is going to give a significant push in terms of public awareness, best advertisement you can get at the moment.

Yes, actually I was a bit sceptical but after I read that Vitalik Buterin has donated two times already and checking again the profiles of the devs I have to say it looks really great. I can just say people should check and make research about this project, it is worth to make at least some research.

That is a research program, ehealth is not. But it's as important and they have a chance

The connection is Aubrey de Grey, he's the founder of SENS Research foundation and one of EHFs team members.
It looks like private investors are starting to show interest in this industry which increases EHealth's chances of success.

Thanks for the article - really interesting! Good news- how good that private investors have interest - this will lead to really good chances for the whole project.
