Why is it atrocious? Maybe they have laid out a clear plan how to proceed with the remaining tokens and ongoing incentives for the ecosystem might play a huge role for that. That's why they might need resources for later.

Having 30% for public sale is to save the public interest also our major focus is to open a maximum number of charging stations.
Maintenance other charges are always considered when we open a business like this. Operational cost always carried forward at all point of sale in the Business line.
