It is unlikely that the Envion project will be stopped by all these processes, but there are still chances even if it is very small for investors to get back the invested amounts.

What your saying makes No sense Either u think that Envion project Will be stopped and investors will get some money back .. Or you think it will go on and the investors will get Paid a decent amount over time.(especially the people that bought for peanuts when the market crashed.)

Yes, this is very true about investors in Envion project, but in the same time this is very true with more and more other crypto projects.

Thank you Thadeous for this update about Finma case. I was looking for some new info about this court case and proceedings. of course as always in such a cases everything is postponed because they need more details and a second look.

Hopefully, Finma will finally speed up this process a little and in a few months, we will see the outcome. I know that Envion as a business is over and only hope to get some of my invested money back.

Look over the past comments investors are worry about their money they are going to lose in this scam. Than it doesn't make any sense to ask for bounty because it is useless at this stage.

Yeah biggest ico scam $106 million collected by ENVION. I don't think so investors will get any refund from envion.
I also wasted time in this project, many people really disappointed from this project. Hope so investors will receive refund. Good Luck!

Everything about this project sounds eerily similar to envion project.

This is the reason many countries banned the ICO ....personally i love free project like nano, where it cost nothing and if you hold your coin for the longterm you make nice profit!

Their main excuse right now is that there is an ongoing investigation, and they can't do much. I'm not following them anymore, they were saying that they took back the control of the company, and yet they ask you to send e-mails to Matthias Woestmann regarding bounties. To the guy who they took the company from. So I am not wasting my time anymore.

Same here! i have no interest in this project anymore because they are not publishing any progress about project, i think they don't want to run this project. What about FINMA announcement? I don't think so investors get any refund from Envion. well we have learned good lesson. Roll Eyes

CEO ran away with the whole money as the founders are saying this from long time even they won this case to take control over the funds. From long time we didn't hear a single word what progress they made and how long it would take to deliver a working platform.
