I think the Envion founders are hoping that they could carry on the project after the guilty person is charged, But the problem is that the guilty person was the CEO, and if i am being totally honest to myself i can't see any reason why they would deny a refund from people who have invested and not sold (they could track those easily).
But i don't think that it would be full refund and it would kill the whole project.

I understand that the Envion founders would like to take the control back, but the thing is, it could be seen like their actions of choosing the CEO without a good background check would be irresponsible, and therefore Envion founders might not be responsible enough to make future decisions for Envion.

Really scary part is that i don't think that they would refund the tokens bought from the markets; Only the original investors who did a KYC and didn't sell.

If we consider about Ethereum prices, I'm not sure refund is possible. And AFAIK some of the money cashed out early, so things are really complicated.

What causes ENVION to be like this. All become neglected and there is no encouraging news for investors and bounty participants. I myself don't know about this delay, I hope that ENVION will give the best.

Still many things are uncertain. Unfortunatelly as an investor my hopes are too low.

What good news will you hear from Envion? Who goes first to jail and for how long? Or maybe how much from the ICO funds are still left and when will be returned?

Even if there will be an answer for any of this questions you can't consider them as good because there is no good news from Envion and there will be not in the future. This is a full scam and the end of Envion.

Yes, we are not getting any updates from the team because there are many complaints about the project, Envion made a lot of promises they will share the dividends in the month of the August but till now, we never hear any word from the team.

Someone can resume the situation? if someone want to trade/sell ENV, how can do it? As i can see on coinmarketcap, only HitBtc is available on paper, but when you go there, there is no ENV/BTC market to trade.. so we are just fu*ked, or there are some news/new market?

Envion is about to become a revolutionary project, as they will probably be the first ones to find a way to use electricity overcapacities, especially produced from the solar power plants. The energy would be otherwise wasted, however they can use it in mining industry. And with the cryptocurrency field being only at the very begining of it's long and future life, there will be a lot of energy needed for this future mining.

This is very painful to see this project dying slowly slowly. This is clear the whole team is greedy first CEO showed his nature and after this the founders followed the same spirit. I still holding my token and no plan to sell at current it is better to see it on zero.

I usually don't make comment where I have left the project by making exit. I picked up these tokens when they entered in conflict because potential was real if they were using this opportunity to build the platform they promised. I made exit at small loss when saw no public statement by team. I will not touch mining projects at all seeing none working well so far.

You are too late to use this option to take refund it is more than 6 months has passed since this ICO was finished. But this is confirmed this is failed project when attractive whitepaper and only marketing made this possible to steal huge money from people.

no bounty payments, no progress on the project, no future plans, i am realizing that this project is going wrong way and the team of envion is responsible for that

I think is worth to try to get the refund even now. Just call your bank and explain everything. I have seen transactions reversed lately until 12 months in some cases. Everything depends on the insurance of your credit card and the bank of course. This will cost you nothing and maybe you will be lucky and get your refund. You can prove to the bank that Envion is a scam and maybe they will help you.
