With all the things happened, I think that the price is stayed on an acceptable level. This was one of the biggest ICOs, but they had different problems after this phase and they have never hit above 1 dollar. The latest ICO price was 1 dollar and the latest investors have made because of this loss.

This small rally was due to the courtcase that was today , tomorrow they judge will have the verdict .

Its if MW has power to use any of the ICO funds or not if not then the Founders hope he will give back control .. this was not the case about control of the company .. if MW(CEO) doesn't come to the table very quickly after tomorrows verdict then they will file for a new courtcase to get the company back ..

Its a big fat clusterfuck ..

What is that positive news which is claimed to be caused of this recent pump in the price ? I would like to have any source link else it is for me standards exit strategy pump which usually happens by using such occasion which is critical or have importance like today's court day. Not touching it at all and watching by safe distance.

So today is the court day, i am not sure if we can get any update yet, since it's a difficult case and requires an understanding from the judge on how the blockchain works.

I think they should update ASAP about the outcome of the court case. We are losing money here and this is no joke. Every day is worth a lot of money so there is no time to lose. Give back our investments or start developing finally. I hope court have experience and will close CEO fast in the jail where he belongs. Founders are guilty too so they should pay back their rewards.

Wow we can see a new pump in envion price even there is no new updates about envion project.
We don't know that they still want to run this envion project or nope? But then too i still invested in this project and waiting for huge pump.

I know pump will be come from Yobit or HitBTC exchanges, waiting for that moment.

The positive news is important because they collected nearly 100 million dollars from the people and really this is not good for the company because if they keep dragging the situation. This makes people confuse more about the idea behind the Envion, many people trust the company but how can they do this type of thing so that investors lose hope on this project.

Envion has no risk. Either ways Envion investors will gain. If the court case comes out good production will go on, if they decide to pay back investors, it will be from $.70 to $1 ico price. It's a win win for anybody buying Envion now

It is back , but the price of the token is at the moment 0.00$. HitBtc seems to not be suporting the token anymore .
The token was ofcourse a scam . We can only hope that the pressure will force those who wanted to make something real , make something out of it . Very sad .
