Are there any update about the ongoing court cases and the Envion project?
There were no updates or announcements from both sides lately. In begin they screamed loud, accusing each other and now when facts are good known they stopped with communication. All scammers behave like this.

Well, if you did read the latest founders update from the 7th you would see that they reference this. "The next court date is scheduled for June 21st".
So lets wait until tomorrow or friday and see if there's an update or not.

Tomorrow is the day when next hearing and appearance in court is scheduled. I hope we will have to see something interesting which is related to us those invested unfortunately. By tomorrow we don't have what to hear and many things will be cleared tomorrow without any delay hopefully.

Nope, ur interpretation is wrong. why spending time worsening the relationship with the rest of the world when u have the chance to make a positive impact on 25+ mio ppl half starving and another 50 mio being threatened and affected? Trump is a weird guy and joke for the USA. But if he managed to achieve sth ppl should not ignore that. The fact is: two ppl who insulted each other managed to find a way to sit down together....

I have read this analysis and found it very interesting. At the same time it seems difficult task to refund the investors because tokens have been traded widely and many early investors have sold at loss. There is some kind of messy situation and question appears what formula or base will be used to refund ? Everyone would be happy to receive some portion of money but will remain to see how practical it is and the way of execution of refunding in future.
Yes, it seems to be more difficult because EVN tokens have been traded, is it possible to buy back tokens in exchange or swap?
I am concerned that this problem will adversely affect crypto in the future especially for ICO / Tokensale program.

This is standard procedure that when they don't want answer they simply kick out person. That is the reason I don't join telegram at all now after being kicked out from couple of projects for asking questions. This project has done not speaking about it because they don't have what to answer with. Generally speaking these telegrams groups are numbers counting and that's all.

I dont think its fully dead but chances are very slim, with sonm coming out i dont think mining hardware will remain so important, plus the managers of this project are all getting sued apparently

Now there is no hope for Refund or temporarily pump.
This is a big lesson for new investors .Never invest on any strange ICO before investigate or search. I also lost near $170 but still hoping for pump in price.

All I ever hear in Discord chat is Americans fuck up ICOs, the SEC fucks up ICOs, Americans should be restricted, which they are in almost every instance, including the Envion ICO. So you can take your crying out to Americans to complain to the SEC and shove it up your ass...
