This project has lived its life already. @Anthony1985 for the correction this ICO isn't of $1 million but $100 millions were raised. It is more than surely things will be dragged like this for another few months until people get tired and give up totally. I don't believe the story which they give as internal conflict this seems well planned.

I think that anyone with a decent investment has already started their legal procedures, if not, there should be a group for large investors to sue them.
in countries where there is no legislative base in the field of crypto-currency, it is very difficult to do something legally. I would say impossible. Therefore, people can not do anything in this situation.
People have paid with cc and these were securities.

Both the founders and Woestmann may have already left the country, together with the money raised from the ICO as well as the money from tokens they sold on the exchange while pretending everything was okay.

I just wrote an email for envion team asking for a reibursement of my money spent on my cc on purchasing the tokens since I bought it on january and until now, they didnt give me. I am asking a commercial disagreement

the team are krimminelle people. and these people are in prison or they get another punishment. they can not just run away with 100 million dollars. there will be people who will search and find them. and then I do not want to be a team member. they are not good people then

I don't have good feelings about the future of this project CEO is not looking serious he become more than just greedy even the other team have no idea how to resolve this matter asap to get recover but this project is dying slowly slowly this is really bad for all investors.

I would like to check out their credit card chargeback statistics, nobody in his mind is going to wait 6 months to receive their 90% depreciated tokens. They have managed to create an illusion of a reputable company, all these fancy talks. Imagine how easy it is to scam during this ICO mania, I do not know anything about their expenses but you could create the same ICO and collect millions - all you had to do is rent a truck, rent a couple of containers and a hire film crew. This is the only thing investors have seen.

They have stopped posting articles as it has been more than two weeks since last one appeared. I have same thought that they tried to take benefit of the others ignorance but who was quick that moved faster. I also noticed newbie accounts popped up suddenly and surprisingly they are asking advises to buy or not. These are shill accounts to take the discussions away. If this situation wasn't disclosed only loosing party was investors like this all three reached at zero.

Well..
If this project developed as advertised, yes you would get those dividends by doing that.
But as it stands now it's way more unclear. I would say that at least 95% chance you will not get anything at all.

I don't think it was planned together by both sides. I'm almost sure that they wanted to scam on their own founders' printed tokens and CEO changed his shares amount by adding some value to the company. Both sides are facing high fines and court sentences. If this was planned then they will be not acting under their own name. They tried this at the start of ICO but people asked so many times to disclose the founders' team that they had to do this. If founders were not greedy and only wait this couple of months they will be laughing and calmly wait for the court to put CEO in jail and give them back their company. I think there will be no good mining projects in the future. All mining ico have not gone well so far. Terraminer is also very bad. They are not good investments
yes because mining project needs alot of investments and alot of developments work crypto market is changing day to day and that will impact on the mining contracts also
you can not or you don't want to make long term mining contract with anyone because you have no idea that what is the future of any crypto minable coin due to changing of the price daily
but it could be a very great if this project run like miningrigrentals that's a great services for miners. checkout

Please read few posts of the thread before start posting and asking questions. There will be no dividends at all and better stay away from purchasing Envion tokens on exchange. Envion ICO is a confirmed scam.
Has not the investor received any payment from Envion yet?
