Well, i would say chances are low.
My point was just that this was a security not a commodity. So people complaining about the value of the token seem to forget what the ICO was about.
But of course, if you want to leave, it sucks that the value is low.
We will see. I have enough tokens to be very happy if dividends come in the end. But didn't invest all i owned, so will not cry myself to sleep if this crumbles completely.

I don't think the current value of the token is important at all.
The ICO was never about a valuable token in itself. It was about a security token that would receive dividends. And those dividends would never be affected by the token value. So no need to care about that.
Do you really believe you are going to receive dividends? I don't think until they close the case and have a new restart. Also they surely have already stopped their mining activities. They did lie about telling people that they were looking about how the mining rewards were going to be distributed after the ICO. They already knew that there was a problem, and maybe already before the ICO. But they are too greedy and didn't postpone their ICO before clearing this mess. Good luck to the holders and buyers. This is not investment or business advice at all but selling with loss under panicked situation never was good and will never be. Just pay attention to that press release to see issue isn't that big to not be resolved. This is matter over tokens allocation of registered company. This can not remain unsolved but being panicked to take any decision isn't good at all. Everyone should take pros and cons in consideration.
Agree with you, what's the sense to sell the bottom on panic?You guys should know that buy the top and sell the bottom is not a good strategy, instead you should buy when people spread fud and are in a panic, and you should sell when people are in fomo and say "moon".
This is of course very risky strategy because rumors can be valid and nobody knows if finally will not get scammed but this is how "buy on the bottom strategy" works. When everybody is in panic, spreading FUD, selling. Then you have to be calm, do your research and if there are only 99 red flags, invest
. Later sell at ATH when all mess will be cleared up. Like I said risky but very profitable if researched correctly. I don't believe them at all. Both, founders and CEO seems to act like scammers and there were a lot of posts from members with scam accusation long before ICO in this thread but nobody seems to pay attention to this whistleblowers. A few months ago they asked all questions needed to research Envion investment and when they were left with no answer they raised scam accusations. They even created a special thread but like I said there were not many members willing to investigate this further or even to listen to them.

Market Cap now $17.924.270 USD . there used to be over $100,000,000 , That's a lot of loss. Trust in Crypto will not improve in the future. People are afraid to invest Ico. This is also the fault of ENVION

This project i who invested a lot must be disappointed. I went to see the market value until I was scared : $ 0.14 well below the value of ICO
Very scary because the ICO price is 1$ but due to lack of announcements and updates from the team the price of coin went down very quickly. Yes, nearly they collected 100 million but failed to communicate with the community.

This conflict has reached in front of court and since it is registered company it has chances to come back in future. At this stage risk of loosing everything is very high but seeing tokens this cheap I also put some money to gamble on Envion. It is purely an act of gamble which can bring further loss to me but who knows what actually is going on ?
Could you elaborate this a bit more, what court? I have no idea what Envion's doing and was waiting patiently any positive news. But my options are narrowing, and my patience is all but gone.

There are to many ICO scams and new noobs which are pushing prices. I mean 100 million wtf??? How this could ever be a profitable buy at ICO???
Dragonchain was valued about 10 million at ICO I think in Oktober and is still about 200 million even after this crash. This was my last biggest ICO investement and a good example of not a scam ICO with good profit. Very very rare now. I couldn't find a similar opportunity since then.
Guys just make a proper due diligence and don't invest in this ICO crap.

1) Founders story is true
2) CEO story is true
On those to stories the fight is about who gonna win the "chair" on the company.!!
On both 2 thoughts they have to find a solution on anycase cause at the end no matter who wins on courts their reputation will be the less they need to worry about.
And finally
3)None of the stories is true, and maybe is a fake argument in order to regain as much token as possible back in the most possible low price
No matter what is true or not as me personaly never gonna exchange nore sell my ICO . WHen invested on this company i said to my self " I bet , no matter if i loose or win " and believe me i would love to do another invest on 0.01 cent per token. And i ensure you iam a 6 digit investor on this one!!!

Envion should be considered a security token, so maybe, if we are lucky we could have some legal support, and with a bit of luck we could have some refund in the future, if the project does not develop. Hope the things will turn well for us.
For the ones that asking for bounties.. are you serious? The investors probably lost a big part of their stake/capital/investment cause the ceo of the project scammed them.. and you think that you will receive bounty?
