What is the expected value of FundCoin?

We cannot predict the value in advance . Similar to other currencies and assets, the value is determined by market evaluation. The initial value of 1 FundCoin is 1 Euro. However FND will be traded at the cryptocurrency exchange. It will also generate profits from investments in Venture Companies related to blockchain technologies and from Private Equity investments, thus its rate will increase, and investors will be able to sell their FNDs with a profit.

If I invest during the Pre-Order, when will I get FundCoins?

After the ICO start, on Sept. 30, 2017, your crypto will be converted into Euros, then Euros into FundCoins, and will be credited to your account, which you will indicated in your Personal Account at the official website: https://finles.capital/

And what will be the value of 1 ETH in FundCoins?

There is no rate ETH/FND. The price of the token is determined by the price of the euro, 1FND=1EUR. So, The ETH/EUR rate by which the ICO will be conducted will be announced immediately before the start of ICO. Now, when you do pre-order in ETH, there is no conversion into FND. Conversion will occur at the time of ICO beginning.

And if the ICO is now, how much FundCoins will I get for 1 ETH?

If we take a look at this rate, e.g. https://www.coingecko.com/en/price_charts/ethereum/eur, we can see that 1 ETH is 197 euros, and since 1 FND = 1 Eur, you would get 197 FundCoins. However, the rates change all the time, and the rate for conversion will be taken from several exchanges just before the ICO

Can the FundCoin token be said to be a  security for the purpose of Howey test applied in the US-SEC guidance of late?
It's rather unclear yet. The Token has more features as a product and we position it as a product, so we have easier the listing procedures.
