Below are the points I would like to see in your platform-
1) I would like to see an option where I can see a video tour of the house.
2) A picture of the architectural design.
3) it would be nice to see the change in price over the last few years if someone is selling an old house.
4) A brief details of the constructor, previous remarkable work.
5) If possible bidding of house.
6) A brief details of the neighbourhood.
7) Details of the amenities and securities.
I want to add few more points.
8 ) There should be a form to fillup if I want a customize house. And this form should be available to the contractor so that they contact with customer and build a desired house according to the customer.
9) You can also provide details of some architecture. To see the comtact details of the architecture, the customer need to use ANN tokens.
10) If someone upload a house for sell or rent, then approve the post (or advertise) only after reviewing the house whether it is fake or genuine. Then only people will have trust on ANN.
These are the only points I want to see in ANN platform.
