The ability to not only buy houses or condominiums but also sites. Here in Austria its common to buy the site first and then build a house a few years later. so having the possibility to get supported by finding the best site for you (e.g. via AI) would be great!

Wow, I read the whitepaper and it is so crisp and complete with the required information.
I went to ANN's platform and everything looks cool. The UI is simple yet quite friendly which is a definitely a plus point for users.

Things what I am curious to know or expect ANN team to implement -
(i) What is the fee/ charge for listing the property? I could not find that detail anywhere on the site. If it is listed, people would get more clarity.
(ii) I am also trying to understand how the genuinity of the listings be verified? Just to make sure the site does not get SPAM listings. If verification happens, what would be the mode? ways?
(iii) I also prefer NIGHT MODE for the platform site to help the users who are using the platform in night. This makes ANN concerned about their users.

Last but not least, I loved the Street map. quite good implementation according to me.

(i) We haven't officially announced this as we are still deciding the best rate to charge though we are thinking that the listing fee will be £500 equivalent in ANN token which is charged only after a property has successfully sold.
(ii) When a property listing is created, the seller will be required to upload verification documents and also be required to go on video with out team to show the property and validate that the property actually exists. Once land registry moves to blockchain, this process will be easier as each property owner will have access to their digital deeds which can prove that they legitimately own the property.
(iii) Night mode sounds like a good feature, we will look to implement this at a later date.

We are implementing a street map which will have pins for each property listing on the map.

Oh yes, definitely !! I am seriously in love with this project. it is no doubt simple but i like the professionalism with which it is getting implemented. Quite impressive. Ultimately, it is a solving a big problem in most of the places for most of the people. Providing/ assisting shelter is a noble thing to do.

  I kind of like the idea. I know how hard it is to deal with real estate agents and they all want in on there percent they get for a sale. With this site I like you can get away from the hassle. Looks like a coin with a great future.

What i like most in ANN??

Although I like team the most, I also like the fact that we can directly talk with the owner or customer which brings transparency in the system.

The platform will resolve a lot of issues of selling a property and property rental. It reduced costs, allows individuals to pay only for what they need, allows direct communication between buyer and seller, allow process tracking and so on. With regard to investors, the revenue model is clear and utility token is the only way to pay inside platform, which should positively affect its price.

Project, team, whitepaper wonderful.Apart from buying and renting houses, will there be other real estate ads?For example, buying and selling cars! Or land.Because in some countries there are intermediaries for buying and selling cars.







Our marketplace is focused solely on property, that's a nice suggestion though, perhaps in the future we will expand our solution to other industries also Smiley

1) This would be a great feature! We are looking for a provider for this service, it will make the home viewing experience even better.
2) Each property listing will have a floor plan and also pictures of the property itself.
3) We have this one planned. Once land registry is digitised, we will be able to pull the data of previous sales to show all previous transactions for that property so you can see what price is sold for in the past etc.

5) Yes! We are bringing out this feature for sure. House auctions have become really popular with the public over the years so we will definitely we bringing out this feature later this year.

Correct, the amount of ANN tokens in public circulation decreases over time. Though we are not legally allowed to speculate on price, we can say that demand for our platform coupled with a decreasing public availability of ANN tokens will mean an increase in demand for ANN tokens.

Agent Not needed...Its a good concept, but will it work in all the countries?

We expect that 80% of our software will work for all countries though we will have to alter 20% of our software and platform to work for each country. That is due to the fact that each country have their own unique legal requirements and process which we will have to factor into our platform.
