No, purple bricks is an estate agent and they charge £895 upfront in the UK and charge an additional £300 if you want them to do your viewings for you. When you pay agents up front then what is their incentive to sell your property? they've already been paid so there is no incentive.
Also in Australia, purple bricks charge $7,000 for the same service... there aren't any additional costs to them in Australia, they just charge more because the commission rate over there is higher. We charge a fixed fee of £500 worth of ANN tokens which is only charged if your property successfully sells.

Looking for buy and sell or renting of properties with out an agent.. Then agentnotneeded comes to play.. A big role in the real estate world.. Now we do not need to spend money on agents any more to help acquire property. With agentnotneeded problems of buying. Selling and renting properties are solved.

We ourselves as positioned clearly as a marketplace for individuals to transact property directly without the need for estate agents, whilst most other platforms are estate agents.
We provide all the tools an individual requires such as booking a viewing, communicating and making offers online and we carry out all the marketing for an individuals property listing.

Hi we have another ANN thread but can not edit the post, plus it was my under my account (Anthony Pentland CEO - username kingofcommerce)
We have mainly concentrated on Telegram but more people saying we should spend more time here also so i have decided to create a new ANN post under the official name.
Our pre-sale sold out £250,000 We had 50 x £5,000 packs and raised about 150k on the main sale so far.
