Will the already purchased tokens be adjusted to the price?
As far as I know, the price is set in ETH and will remain as such even if the ETH price changes. You will receive 27000 GRAIN for 1 ETH.
The base price is 1 ETH / 54,000 GRAIN (0.0000185 ETH / GRAIN) for both the pre-sale and the main sale.
There was a 15% bonus for amounts less than 5 ETH and will be a 25% bonus for amounts over 5 ETH during the pre-sale.
The first 2 days, there will be a 10% bonus
The next 5 days, the bonus is 5%
After that, no bonus
With this increase, we’re able to keep the token supply stable and prevent a potential future shortage of GRAIN tokens.
All participants of the presale, private sale and ICO will automatically get double the amount of GRAIN tokens they were promised originally.

I've been a fan of grain for quite some time now, so take what I have to say with a grain of salt.
I think this project has a great future ahead of it, I think it's one the more "useful" ICOs out there. I haven't heard of similar projects as of right now. Maybe I wasn't searching hard enough?

Yes.
GRAIN is an ERC20-compatible token that will be used as an abstraction of the value of work. Every transaction in the ecosystem is fueled by GRAIN tokens, making the exchange of value for work, fast, cheap and globally scalable. GRAIN Token will be used as a mean of accountancy.
