Hello , I just don`t k now where to write!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

today i have made a bitcoin withdrawal of 0.0174502 BTC to my wallet.
Transaction ID 11363 0.0174502 BTC Paid Jan. 13, 2018, 7:47 a.m
it was stated that the fee will be 0,001 BTC, and I conmirmed it.
I HAVE RECEIVED 0.01139500 BTC!!!!!! YOU MUST BE KIDDING??? IT IS ALMOST HALF THE TRANSACTION!!!!
