I lost my 2FA device, I need it removed so that I can access into my account. Below is my info :

You have to provide the following information for hbc support (quote from hbc forum post)
"In case you want to reset your 2FA we need
- Username
- The exacht numbers from the HBC and BTC on the account
- How many people do you have in your downline
- BTC transaction proof
without these informations everybody can say that his account is gone."
