Open following Path:
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\HomeBlockCoin
there is a file named "wallet.dat"
Backup this file.
Delete HomeBlockCoin Folder.
Install Desktop Wallet and recover "wallet.dat"
That's all.
Based on your whitepaper, 20% of the total ICO is for marketing and advertising but I don't see any link related to your marketing strategy. My suggestion is to have a bounty on social media and sign campaign. But this is a good project. Good luck to you all...

From where you send btc to homeblock coin? I'm asking because maybe they have very low transaction fee and payment backed to sender. When i send my btc to HBC ICO from Bitgo wallet and some exchangers they came in 30 - 2 hours.

You sure u did the 2fa autentification first, otherwise it wouldnt work i had the same problem !!!! I BET YOU DIDNT DO THAT
