Why didn't you guys start the internal exchange a couple days ago with the notification for everyone that the coin will also be listed at coinexchange.io (legit site) couple days later? That way you would have won their trust back and the coin would be hyped quite a bit once people see that you guys are 100% legit. That way there would have been way less criticism for your project and way more happier clients and future buyers

Your replies showing that you are still in the project by heart. But as you know, all the other coins that were listed on external exchange will die very soon. The smart way is INTERNAL EXCHANGE. So now just:
1) Try very hard to build and test your internal exchange. Your project will be spoiled if it crashes as soon as it comes online. Just test how it works, test the strength of server, especially deposit and withdraw function bcos that is the most dangerous issue if it crash or it can make some error like double withdraw amount or something like that. Please do block withdraw function in all ways for 48hrs after launching your internal exchange so you will be able to avoid losing your bitcoin when an error might occures. Do not forget to backup your database every minute so you can roll back when needed.
2) Set up a mini team to study about successful project like bitcoinect or hextracoin and unsuccessful ones like Bitserial, gold rewards, regal coins to find out why do they success, why do they fail. And especially study hard the way Hextracoin run their Internal exchange to control the price and appeals people to lend their coin.
3) Invest some money in promoting. All the other coins have been running their ad on coinmarketcap, facebook, google...but I have never seen any from hbc.
