Yes, we have already reached soft cap for seed round. We're also hoping to reach hard cap as we are working hard to make this project a successful one.

The information I got, initially at minimum 25 ETH, but they decided to reduce the minimum contribution to TGE to 10 ETH

10 ETH is way more reasonable,and its not alot at the moment,seeing how ETH went down

Well that's impressive. I just read that Binance is capable of processing 1.4 million transactions per second so this is huge upgrade.
