After the huge fluctuations this year, the main cause is related to the problem of hackers on the trading floor. That is an alarming thing right now. And this may be a good opportunity for Kubitx to bring security benefits and performance to the market.

If I understood everything correctly by reading the whitepaper, they chose emerging markets (i.e. Africa) because there are a lot of people without bank accounts so this is actually a solid "entry point" for the market penetration. 
Even i hear about it, from Africa there are many people don't have bank accounts but how far Kubitx will help them because kubitx an exchange platform where then convert the cryptocurrency into their local currency is that possible?

What percentage of funds have you allocated towards legal and licensing issues?
Think that 7.5% tokens is alloceted for legal issue.
That is a healthy amount in my book.
Yes,legal part is extremely important when you are trying to run an exchange,so its a good thing that team is aware of that!
They shouldn't allow any mistake or omission so it is important to hire a quality law firm.

It is a good sum, it could be even higher because as you said marketing has became more important that it was ever before.

Why did you choose ETH based blockchain instead of making your own?
It's like asking, who do most of the projects used Ethereum block than making their own. The answer is simple. It is easy to create and develop your own coin using only Smart contract plus their will be less hassle when the coin hits exchange. And it has been proven over and over that it's stable and secure, and that's a big factor.
Also you have access to a huge pool of developers and huge community.
