It's unfortunate that after so many years, nothing has progressed in the realm of decentralized delivery systems. It's time to finally change that, as so many people have been waiting for such a service to emerge. That’s why we're building Bitpost—a fully decentralized, blockchain-based system for global parcel delivery. It leverages community members to create a global logistics network by providing services in their local areas, such as transporting parcels with their own vehicles, operating sorting hubs in their facilities, or hosting electronic parcel lockers on their properties. For more information, visit https://bitpost.cc

I think we should just stop talking in this thread and let it die as well
I do not think so. Many people can leave or have already left. But the branch must exist. Who knows, maybe this project will emerge somewhere in the future, and we will have something to discuss.
It was a promising idea that could be popular. But due to poor asset management, the team lost control. Perhaps new hands will be more experienced and prudent.

There is no one can to leave. It's simple, we must leave LWF because it's dead. I still hold my LWF (i hope so) but I can't do anything with them. We have no choice. This is my last shit coin/team on hold.

You still keep your LWF like me, because we cannot do anything about it now.
But I liked the idea of this project, and therefore I will come here periodically, just with the hope that someone will continue this. I know that miracles are rare things, and perhaps this is not the case, but all the same.

Why would it leave it die? What gain can anyone get from it?
If people want to keep it somewhat alive from time to time, I don't see a reason why not. I will also be keeping the thread under my watchlist and keep up with the "branch".

I agree. I can't see a negative side on just keeping the communication going as LWF has some value. They have developed something in the active time and maybe someone might pick it up and continue from there...

sad to see another failed ICO

Too bad I have not sold as soon as it hit the exchanges and decided to HODL lol
You are not alone here. I have the same. This project had a good start, and looked pretty promising. Poor asset management, by the team, was a surprise to me, as well as for many others.
It could be said that only at the beginning of the beginning of the project seemed promising, but after the passage of time this project was not as we all hoped it would certainly make us disappointed
I think we are already very disappointed with what happened. And the fact that coin holders will be able to receive some benefit, seems unlikely to me. Unfortunately

Yeah something broke in the database, probably a fork.. I can't load the database anymore, its most likely its dead now. Ill have to take a look at the chain later.

Sad

CoolCash

I hope that you will not abandon this venture, if it is not difficult for you.
Anyways, it was a great gesture. Nice to see Enthusiasts here with a capital E.

I'm Ferrari Emanuele, ico/sto advisor, i've 30 point on icobench; My experience lies in structuring an ICO, managing the marketing and make it appealing for investors.

Currently, I am working with different ICOs as a Strategy Advisor or Services Provider

Can you be interested to have me on board?

Hey advisor, can you read the previous post? if you can, you will understand that You're just embarrassing here.
hint: it is free advice to you, Advisor.

I thought that CoolCash was talking about network support. But in fact, for me it does not work either.

I created a new discord, LWFReboot. I am still a forger, not sure if anyone else is into this or might want to reboot the network. All are welcome.

Why are you forging? The project is officially dead...
Or have they "sold" the project to someone who can continue with it (and I have missed the news)?

I already run some other nodes on severs, running a lwf node and forging doesn't really cost me any more. If Cryptopia comes back, I want a place for people to move their coins around if needed. Maybe someone wants to take it over. I am old school and actually think chains should exist if they are still working.

Coolcash

I understand. If it doesn't cost you anything it does make sense to forge and make the chain working. I actually still think that LWF is a good project and that the intentions were positive. Thus, I will continue to follow the LWF lifecycle and hopefully in the future it may rise again.

I understand you, and I also want this project to grow and develop. I watched these project from the very beginning, and to be honest, I did not expect that the development would look that way.
This project is a really good idea that could succeed. But now it is not clear how to monitor the current status of the project: where to see it, and who will provide it.
It's cool when there are enthusiasts who are ready to support the network. But we need more information about what is happening.
There is no way to monitor the current status. Only enthusiasts exist at the moment. And for some unknown reason these number of enthusiasts grow, only they will be able to proceed with better monitoring...
Or if blockchain as a technology gains in the future more recognition and development (which will definetly gain), than one company that is maybe already in the logistics buys (or just steals) the technology and rebrands it.
We'll see. Unfortunately now it is not known what awaits this in the future. I hope that the work of this project will be able to bring benefits in the field of logistics in the future. We'll see.
So far, there is nothing to discuss, and we can only speculate. I hope that this trend will change here, and we will be able to learn something about it.
