I think that they already have guarantees that they will collect 25k. In general, there is no need to worry about this, here 100% will be successful sales.

Or do I get it wrong :/ I liked the minimum cap before more.

I think if they cant reach that 40k ETH (maybe 25k-35k), they will extend the ICO.

do you think they will hit 40k ETH if they extend ICO time? maybe, 2 weeks.

I understand, but as long as the information is still on ther servers it's hackable. I'd feel better if it's destroyed after KYC

In comparison to traditional fiat KYC it is KNOW your customer and those records must be keept up to date within certain timeframes. I imagine we would need to atleast keep records of the participants to be able to say KNEW your customer so perhaps difficult to ask the third party to delete them after closing the sale?

Ok with high investors i belive we can reach the soft cap in 2 weeks

In fact, since the previous goal has already been achieved, the new goal greedily changed would not make a difference if not achieved, made new schedules and commitments for the new HardCap, but if not, then go back to the previous schedule. There is a great possibility of getting better

I also think that napoleonX will reach the 25k eth cap, the project is one of the best of this year, and the team is really serious and competent. Its really rare to have a project with a potential and a team like napoloenX.

Before it was like that, if we didn't reach 25 k eth then our money would be refunded, but now we don't know, we will have to check in the telegram group to know for sure, I'm not sure if 40k is the soft cap now, as oppose to be the target cap.
