1. For transparency reasons, we are revealing our hidden cap which is 60k ETH and setting our max cap at this level, removing the hidden cap mechanism
2. We are also removing the min cap of 25k ETH which was not really readable vs the 40k ETH target cap.

if i understand well there is no min cap now and the hard cap was raised at 60k eth,they maybe reveal hard cap to avoid discussion in telegram chat,but why raised hard cap?...

I'm not that sure what the second point means. Does that mean the project will now have to raise a minimum of 40k ETH now?

I really don't understand why people would consider this a hard mechanism to understand, but whatever, the changes are being made, now to succeed we need the 40k eth, there is no soft cap anymore, ok, this will be a little bit more difficult.

It raises some questionmarks to me of the capability of the team , anyone else have this?

i also checked everything is fine and well working. don't underestimate about NapoleonX project. this is great opportunity coming guys, must join and earn great income. invest maximum and earn maximum. must join PRE-ICO fast as u can. i think NapoleonX token sale will work very fast.

Don't know anything about it. Checked their website multiple times yesterday and today and everything is working.
Maybe there were some problems with Your internet provider or smth like this...
I`m actually writing this post and at same time surfing through the various chapters of the website and there is no any problem with it at all!
Site is up for me. I wouldn't worry too much if a website is temporarily down for a bit. It could be maintenance or technical difficulties. It's up now and working. Let's focus on the ICO

Yes the site work without problem at the moment. And its true that napoleonX is a big project, and I’m sure the project will be a great success, after the KYC process, all validated investors will be able to invest in the project.
