No, its not exact date. They take any approximate date, if ICO still not announced. So, we must wait official announce from devs.

No, you will just have to vote the bot/the strategy you want to use and it will do everything else by itself. It's going to use the underlying asset backing the tokens to do the trading not your own money.
About arbitrage i assume so, but I didn't see anything about it either, if you think of it is not that difficult to implement even later on.

They also announced on slack a simplified version of the whitepaper along with the ICO date. So maybe everything is going to be clearer after Wink

I cant seem to find anywhere what kind of initial investment was used for this calculation. The yearly profits for all of them are around 40% which is like 40 times more than you would get in a bank.

Thanks for the login link and details. I just checked it out and those returns are very impressive 30-50% annual returns is not too shabby considering that its just passive income.
