That's right. This isn't your typical white-paper based ICO show. Nucleus has been in the works for the last 3 years. Company is funded by Tim Draper and the company has partnerships with Intel, Radisys and major Global TelCo & Retail operators.
The company shall be posting videos of live in-store demonstration of it's technology soon, so that'll give you a glimpse into how real this thing is
If this is the case, why is the whois info for the domain nucleus.vision private?

2. Sense temperature, pressure, motion, acceleration, and sound within the vicinity of the sensor
3. Correlate the identity of a user with their shopping behavior, preferences, and history to offer real-time in-store shopping recommendations (to increase in-store purchase conversion rates)
ION sensors enable retailers to capture new data on brick-and-mortar customers, giving them the digital data intelligence that was previously limited only to e-commerce stores.

There is no public pre-sale. Public token-sale will be around Jan/Feb of 2018.
Where do I store my nCash?
nCash is an ERC-20 token, so you can safely store it in any ERC-20 compatible Ethereum wallet such as Mist, MetaMask, MyEtherWallet, etc for now. Nucleus will be launching their own private wallet in Q1, 2018.
