Hmm, a new idea for me personally. Studied some important points, but still there is an open question about binomial micropayments, and how do they work?
Micropayments work using Ethereum State Channels. This allows users to lock value into a smart contract, then every time they watch a video the "state" of the channel gets updated rather than having to write back to the blockchain. This is super efficient for high-frequency payments.
