I SEND 29,1 ETH FROM POLONIEX, YES MY FAULT, WRONG DIRECTION, BUT ANYWAYS THEY GOT MY 29,1 ETH AND MY SKINCOINS, BECAUSE THEY DIDN´T WERE SENDING (SKINCOINS) TO POLONIEX ADRESS, I TRY TO TALK WITH --IGOR--- BUT HE DIDN'T ANSWERED ME, AND I CAN'T SPEAK WITH ANOTHER TEAM MEMBER.
IN CONCLUSION, THEIR SUPPORT IS A SHIT, AND THEY STEAL ME, BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY ETH AND MY SKINCOIN, AND NOBODY ANSWER ME FOR SOLUTIONATE IT

I can really, and i do understand your concern but..
Have they any fault about your mistake? Nope.
I think they cannot reach the transaction or any proof about the ownership of that transaction to provide the tokens somewhere else.
Is written big and bold everywhere: send only from your address.
