I think every project has advantages and weaknesses in the concept. And every project always has a plan to always make new breakthroughs to be in demand by many people. It may be that at the beginning the concept of a project still has some shortcomings but with the development of it could have exceeded the concept of its competitors.

Maybe I want to try adding a little. The vital component for creating machine intelligence is data but it needs special hardware to provide the functionality to support tasks that typically require human cognition and learning on the hardware itself rather than on servers. As the complexity of networks grows, larger devices are needed to train it.

Imagine a world in which intelligent devices can interact autonomously and securely at a large-scale. Billions of identifiable devices participate effortlessly in a global machine to machine (M2M) economy. This has long been the vision of the Internet of Things (IoT), creating self-organizing networks of artificial intelligence (AI).

Blockchain technology is considered a strong candidate for providing a secure data bus and payment channel to make this possible. However, current blockchain technology simply lacks the performance and scalability to make to this happen.
