I don't think 5% is sustainable. Who would pay 150% per month?
Also our bounty is now working great. We have good loads of bounty tickets and it's being managed quite well. All bounty are given out in less than 24 hour.
We've put in a proper process via our bounty tickets on dashboard instead of tracking everything manually.
