You're right but as of this days social media have an issue about to ban the crypto currency related issue. Though, some ICO is still exist on social media and it still possible that this project will include fb bounty campaign as well as twitter which for sure really helps in promoting this project.

That is right, I can still see some ICOs being advertised in a social media. Your suggestions must be implemented in order for the project to become more known in the social networking sites. In this way, the chance of getting an investors would probably increased.

It is all about your risk and liquidity preferences of course. Giving someone a loan means you don't have the money to invest it otherwise.
