What community members are you talking about, there are none. You are the one calling all the shots and doing whatever you want with it. The only thing exchanges want is money to get a coin listed, no merger etc. Do not lie here. You did not want to spend btc to put XUV to the exchange so merged it into TOK while you said before that the community would be deciding, but somehow you merged it without even asking the community, you did it and then just told the community that you merged it. That is charlatan behaviour that you are sporting here.

Lesser it is. Nobody is getting his investment back, the coin had dropped to 8000 sat yesterday and dropped further today into the 5k sat area, currently struggling around 6000 sat. The way it is going it will go under 1000 sat pretty soon.

It didn't take you any effort, both were your coins to begin with. There is not and was not any product behind the whole concept to begin with, just hot air. Enjoy your ill gotten money and I really hope that the person mentioning filing suit follows through and subpoenas you.

Qryptos and HitBTC wanted more community members and volume. The small coins cannot reach big exchanges without merger. If you want, I can list the coin on small exchanges, but what is the point? You would just get your investment back in this way, or even lesser.

In other words, instead of paying some BTC to list his other coin on the exchange he decided to keep that money and dump that coin into TOK as well. Even though he had told that all decisions about TOK would be made by the community. More lies.
As I can see there are currently 151 masternodes running on XUV, so he sold plenty of that one, even though he said it wasn't his while it is registered to the same name etc. Later on it was his 'friend', 'brother' whatever, let's face it, it's just him. Since he will also swap all his unsold XUV coins into TOK coins expect the TOK to become worthless before you can even see new years eve. The devs dump has allready started and moved the TOKs price from 15000 to currently 8106, so sliced it in half by his greed. I guess the BTC he had gained from selling his coins, which has no product attached to it whatsoever besides hot air that is, was not enough. The greed of this dev knows no limits.
With 290 masternodes on TOK that currently produce 44 coins each a day, which is roughly close to 13k coins, but somehow more than 60k coins of it got dumped within 24 hours today. Where did all these coins come from? The dev, who else. Had the dev burned his unsold coins as he had promised, which again turned out to be more lies by him, the coin would have thrived on the exchange. But no, his greed doomed you all. Now when all the XUV gets turned into TOKs more masternodes will appear and that means less daily coins for a masternode, turning your masternode into an even more neutered version of the original one. And the dev will dump even more coins by exchanging his unsold XUV into TOKs as well. But hey, don't let me stop you, keep drinking devs 'we will rise together' cool aid. Let's face it, you have all been taken for a ride. But hey, the devs account here getting negative trust in record time should have been a clue to begin with.

Yes , and now is he merging his scams .    Both XUV and TOK are hosted out of a data center in Lansing Michigan. (Liquid Web) Both used namecheap.com.

Good news is once the subpoenas hits these vendors we will have at least the fake names/IP address used to register this scam. I just made a a lot recently on REAL crypto so I don't mind spending a few k to fight scammers. If more people did this there would be a lot less scammers. Be careful out there and remember to document everything !

The Japanese branding exists because Japan has replaced the China and parts of the Korea hype - OMG NEO IS CHINESE MUST BUY kind of thing.

In reality, the "dev" (copy/paster) of this coin is neither Japanese, nor does he speak the language. He even used a fake stock image of a random Japanese guy to try and gain credibility (which is illegal).

It's just another ponzi scheme that tries to steal money from the next biggest idiot who is clueless and greedy enough to buy into scams.


After the artificial pump we can see that TOK has now reached the first big dump phase (dev dumping at least parts of his premine).
