I don't understand it too, however it's true that there's no trasparency about the spare parts market, as far as we know a repair shop can put in your car second handed spare parts and you can do nothing about it

There is very nice bonus for early investors, if you miss the pre sale I think it’s very nice to have 40% bonus. VLB has a great potential and I’m very interested by the market the project target, a really good market for blockchain.

Vin is the main ID for the car.

The car owner doesn't have to report, the info will be written in the blockchain as car comes to the services (by car service), after some part is installed (by supply and by car service), also if the car is sold to somebody else, etc.

Therefore a freeze of the tokens for month(s/)year would be a good option.

In my oppinion the bonus schemes based on amount of contributions is no good so in this case a difference of only ten percent is good.
