SCAM ALERT, CRYPTONEX.ORG STOLE MY BTC AND ETH. And over 6 month they have been making excuses why they have not given me my money. First excuse was because of the covidvirus, what does a virus have to do with blockchain. Lucky I only did a couple small transactions to text to see if they would go through. The massage I get when I try to withdraw, "On hold by administrator" but now I am stuck with over $400 of these studies tokens that on other exchange will except. I don't know how to add pictures to this post but I have proof. I have notified the Feds about this project and I don't know how they are still running except finding real info about this fraudulent company is almost impossible and they made it that way for a reason. they will be found and taking down.I'm making it my mission to take them down.

Yes, withdraw not working. My withdraw transaction in status "admin moderate" several days. Helpdesk(mail,social messengers) not answering. Cryptonex is SCAM! They steal our money.
anyone here from cryptonex, nowhere else does anybody answer anything. support requests are not answered since a year or so. Payouts of ether and btc are in "moderation". should this not go automatically? Thousands of payout requests will be send manually? It seems like a dead project to me if the payouts don't work.

I invested in the original ICO and missed the phantom email notifying holders that they must email support to swap holdings. The correct way of handling that should have been to airdrop the new coins to holders
During ICO all the bounty tokens were sent to the users for free.
Moreover there had been an email notification about the swap and we posted several news on it on all our social media platforms and forums.
Correct they were sent for free the first time, why not the second? I'll assume it was the hope of the developer that the new bounty coins would not be claimed allowing the dev to pocket millions in original investments. Which is pretty much what happened.
Many investors place money in multi protects. I have well over 500 hundred different coins. Following every coin every day is nearly impossible. Many projects do fail, and don't even get me started on how many United States Department of Justice Victim Notification System notices I have in my email, however so far cnx has been the only bait and switch coin to date.
