The idea or concept is unique but will need more time and effort from the team to actualise it; this doesn't mean the team aren't working, they are but like you said, more strategies are needed both in marketing and otherwise. I think the idea is to start from a smaller exchange first then grow thereof to a bigger one. Also, you should know that one of the driving force or deciding factor of a successful IEO is the idea, the product as well as services within that project. This is very difficult. They want the project to have funds immediately but don't want to publicize it to many people, it's very useless. if they were intentions from the start it wouldn't happen like this.

I think the team should be even more active in promoting their projects in the world crypto community, so that investors will be interested in investing in this project and of course by holding Ieo in other larger exchanges can be a solution for the team to be able to increase development more good again in the future. I personally strongly support that this project can be developed so that it will be able to provide greater benefits to large and small entrepreneurs later.

There is currently no plan to do this since this project is not a technological project so creating a blockchain is not necessary. The most important thing now is to stabilize this coin and improve the trading volume in the near future because the liquidity of E3T is at very bad . Of course the plan to create a blcokchain will probably be considered in the near future if this project is strong and attracts many large investors.
