That seems unlikely. Our intention is to launch Incent at the end of the ICO (after a thorough audit for security) and all the indications are that Waves will be ready for that.

I didn't answer your question because it answers itself. Of course we cannot launch Incent as a Waves token without Waves token functionality on mainnet. In the case of what we'll call a black swan event, we'd need to make a decision. Incent is blockchain agnostic by design, so although Waves is the best fit then there's nothing technically to prevent it being launched on another blockchain.
