So i get from bounty 1% of perhaps 2 mln usd is 100 usd or 1000 usd?
Your question really depends on what bounty we are talking about and the price of Incent after ICO. Give me both values and I'll calculate it for you

Where investors can trade their tokens after the ICO, is there any information about which exchanges will add Incent Tokens?
I thiink his information should only be announced after the ico.

"allow the creation of the Incent tokens?" So you mean that if incent launch time is decided by the mainnet release of waves? How about it will release in March 2017 for example, you will delay the launch at that time?

seem like it will also take a long time to achieve that 5M now that ARK is going to start their ICO. maybe accepting WAVES with more bonus will give investors a good impression when investing in Incent. It will help WAVES skyrocket as well.
$5m is a cap, not a necessity. ICO has been successful with $1m. It will end of 30 November anyway.

Nothing happens, if 5m happens before 31/11(ico deadline), then ico will be over as long as 5m is raised
From what I understand, there is no such thing as "unsold tokens." There is no set amount of tokens. The amount of tokens created will be based on the total amount of money raised. (So if the ICO ended today, there would be a set amount of 36.16k tokens.) The number keeps rising as more money is raised along the way. Whatever the final number of tokens is at the end of this month will be the total number of tokens created.
I'm sure the team can/will confirm this officially, but that is my understanding.
