What % of premine is retained by the Incent team?

A maximum of 12% on top of the tokens created after is retained.
In addition, there is a reserve equal to the amount created - but this is not spent or run down, it is simply used to maintain liquidity and pay customers promptly, since fiat transfers take a while to turn up but we need to transfer Incent immediately at point-of-sale. So it will have little effect except to smooth the market.

Why is this ICO pricing so high? Only 10k Incent per 1 BTC? Why not use the other system where shares get diluted based on how much money is invested so every gets a better share?

How does this make a difference? You still have the same proportion of the total. It's also important to us to put a fiat cap on our ICO.

ICO finished??  In the morning ,i see the total USD is about $472million. and after six hours ,$500million has achieved??

Cheesy Cheesy Not $472 million, that would make it the most successful crowdfund of all time!!!

something new in cryptoland.

could this be the miles program to cyptocurrencies? or is this similar to the rebate system of Plutus?

I'm not familiar with Plutus, but we think this is a unique take on loyalty. It's not just a more efficient form of existing loyalty schemes, but something we think is qualitatively better.

That's absolutely impossible to say, without more information. Specifically, your timeframe, amongst other things Smiley

Return will be a function of merchant adoption (buy pressure) and initial market cap, which we won't know until the end of the ICO.

It looks like that people prefer investing money on Ethereum platform, firstblood, kibo, augur, digixdao, and so forth. Waves need more exposures.

They do. But what you have to realize is that if you invest in a really good project and other people miss the opportunity, you're ROI is going to be much higher once everyone hears about it. Smiley

Sure, join us on Slack to discuss! https://incentinvites.herokuapp.com/
It's designed to be low-risk, low-drag. So merchants decide what % of customer purchase amounts to remit back to the customer as Incent - it could be 0.5% or 20%, depending on your profit margins and growth targets.
BitScan acts as primary broker and charges a small fee, and takes care of sending the Incent to the customer - the merchant doesn't have to handle crypto at all. And the same for redemption, you can decide what discount to give to customers who pay in Incent.

Hi there everyone.
Now we had the Waves Ico and we are all waiting for it to take off this is another great opportunity to invest in a promising startup.
Their goal is pretty clear and I think this one can actually do a lot for main stream adoption of Crypto.
Go Incent team.
Good luck to all investors.

Thanks Mrdeeds! Very exciting times, especially with the news of the first business partner.
What business partner, I missed it.
