Did your kekcoin address have the capitilization issue? If so, it was invalid and you needed to supply a new address that didn't have the issue.
I was one of the users that had it and the dev sorted it out.

Can people still claim there Kek if they supply a new address to the dev or has that ship already set sail? Have a friend that's enrolled but had the wallet address capitalization issue.

How do you guys see the value of the coin long term? Do you think it will bounce back after August the 1st fork? It has dropped from 2K to 1370 sat already.

I received my airdrops but my private key was capitalized when i saved it, so am not sure/ or even if i can claim my coins.

Also tried to run the wallet on an old (safe) notebook with no other wallets or anything on it.
That one just throws a fit and deletes the executable!

EDIT: Just turned off antivirus and running on the notebook.
At least if anything bad happens I won't lose any Bitcoin.

just googling how to instal windows on virtual machine it is very easy to setup, after that next step is same as you running your main windows(download kek wallet, send kekcoin to your address, let it staking)

I tried this. Virtual box/Windows 10.
Had to turn Virtualisation on in bios settings.
Then got as far as installing Windows and I get an error.
Seems like it's the 'Hyper V' error.
Not sure what to do now - I give up.

You can roughly follow these steps:

1. Download and install Oracle Virtual Machine (VirtualBox) and extensions
2. Decide on OS to run e.g. Windows 10 or Ubuntu 16.04
3. Make sure you have installation media and license if required for your guest OS
4. Run VM and create a local VDI and allocate memory and disk space
5. Install the guest OS from the media and patch it up
6. Spin up VM whenever needed.

I would recommend installing Ubuntu 16.04 as your guest OS. Then build Kek on it and run and stake. You could always get a Raspberry Pi and run it on the Pi. I built wallets for Pi.
