Lamden Dev Update — February 25th, 2018
Seneca
Rewrote the interpreter to simplify the scoping logic for ease of development and improvement in performance. All previous and new test cases are passing.
Smart-contract submission must now be submitted via the “SmartContract” smart contract, Smart!
Integrated Decimal calculations into the AST parser so the Smart-Contract developers don’t have to worry about arithmetics
Began work on replacing the data-types layer such that it will work with the conflict-resolution layer so we can have a more practical interface equipped with parallelism
Cilantro
Deep dive on AnarchyNet bugs
Testing of upgrade-path (no reset DB) for Cilantro Nodes
Added more test cases to the storage layer
Fixed a number of bugs on the Mongo driver with respect to sorting
Worked on catchup batch processing requests
DevOps
Black-box integration tests added to DevOps framework
Clove
Worked on Clove UI updates
What’s Next?
This week for Seneca we will work to integrate the Walrus ORM with Ledis backend for the data-types layer. We will also rewrite the basic smart contracts to use these new datatypes.

It's amazing to know that TAU was priced at $1.2 earlier this year and suddenly costs $0.04, but it's even more amazing to know that there's a huge chance of making good profits or even becoming a whale! Yes you are correct, Lamden when it is launched will scare many competitors!
I agree. The price is ridiculous low. The development team is very active in all development parts of the Lamden project and provides regular development updates.
I buy new tokens bit by bit. The technology is simply too good for the low price. At some point the market will also notice this. By the way, everyone can follow the development progress and the activity under https://github.com/Lamden

- Finished building support for custom tokens in the Clove UI
- Added new Ethereum tokens to Clove
- Finished working on Clove UI responsive layout
- Adding clocks with timeboxes for each part of atomic swap (Clove UI) (40%)
Cilantro
- Debugging errors and race conditions in our overlay network
- Reorganizing Seneca architecture to facilitate concurrent smart contract execution
- Worked on test case and added test hooks to verify correct functioning of the storage layer

- Combining partial compilation to speed up imports in the smart contract
- Protect function calls of a smart contract from unauthorized scope

This week we take some time to learn some more about Lamden’s newest developer, Tejas Dave (Linkedin).
Tejas joined us about a month ago as our Lead Software Developer. His knowledge in cluster storage and data redundancy is helping bring RAID 5 level parity and data protection to our Cilantro master-nodes. Previously to Lamden he worked at DELLEMC on their ONEFS file system and cluster storage solutions.

I do not understand why this coin has fallen again by about 17 percent. It's about time that something is going on and the price is finally rising like it was in May. Or even better - like in January

We should be careful in these times and persist.

it may be one that bigger coins look to absorb because of the inroads the dev team is making with a multi-billion$$$$ industry. Either way, it's low risk/high reward for investors. Count me IN!!!
