in my Latium account it says that I'm paid 15Lat but in the block explorer when I search my address I was paid 10Lat only. the 5Lat that is missing is the last i redeemed. and until now it's not yet appearing in my wallet and block explorer as well but it says paid on the website.

Two of my refferals told me they can't sing-up because the wallet adress page is not loading after submit.
Others told that they can sign up but the site is loading very very slow on pages like wallet adress and setting password.

Wrong. You can mine (mint) Latium leaving your wallet (with latium on it) open and connected on the internet. You will have some Latium in time (little).
