I think the DNS server is causing the problem. Try using Google's DNS server 8.8.8.8. It worked for me.
Site's working here. It's not down for everyone. try doing a traceroute to see what happens

look at the situation now. latium site is unstable and it has a lot of problems and also you can not exchange the coin anymore. bittrex closed the latium market, allcrypt is dead with 3 buying orders, and coin-swap is not dead for the moment. FOR THE MOMENT!

I had the same problem with my website when I changed servers because the DNS takes time to renew in all the areas of the world. Some spots renew every day and some only once a week. In time all the traffic to Latium.cc will be on the new servers and they are great because it loads faster than ever!
Also got my payment today with no long waits.
