Yes, if you hold LTC in a wallet where you have access to the private key you can claim your 10:1 LCC/LTC when litecoincash releases their wallet in a few days.
The only exchange that is allegedly forking the coins for you is mercatox so you'll want to just do it yourself to lower risk.
Just make sure your private key is empty of the LTC you held through the snapshot on Sunday when you import it into the LCC wallet.

what are the advantages of litecoincash compared to litecoin? Litcoin is going to launch their litpal application soon. so litecoin is ahedad . But i will change my opinion if you can explain me the ltcc adavantages
Compared to Litecoin, Litecoin Cash has lower transaction fees, better difficulty adjustment (and so able to respond more effectively to changes in mining power while keeping a consistent blocktime), and is mined with SHA256

It's a scam in the sense this developer has nothing to do with litecoin, but he likes you to think he does. He's just copying other people's work.
Its not really a scam. I mean if people want to mine it and there is buyers, well we're in business.

It will be it’s own network and will need it’s own explorer.
It’s just leveraging the litecoin name and the historical block chain so it has stake holders from the start. (People currently holding litecoin)

Litecoin wont fork, litecoin will still be litecoin. What is being done here is what anyone can do fork off litecoin and call it litecoin making you believe its a split of litecoin. Just another tactic people for some reason buy into
