Dude, do you even follow this project or do you just like fudding? They have a working product (yes, a working product! Not only a whitepaper), they are just testing their OTC feature in a closed beta (yes, that´s a possibility to trade coins inside the app!), they have new airdrops in cooperation with other crypto projects in their app nearly every week, there are news on their twitter nearly on a daily basis. The fact that they don´t satisfy your need for a new exchange or that they try to pump the price with stupid tweets like other projects does not mean that nothing concrete has been made. And if an official statement that these rumors are fake is not enough for you, you should maybe look out for other projects that satisfy all your needs. I recommend you John Mcaffee´s tweets. I heard that he is only calling the most promising coins around without taking a personal profit out of it. That would maybe be the correct place for you.

There are always a lot of rumors and false information in the crypto scene. I do not know from where you have the rumor that LMC will be delisted from Bittrex, but it is definitely not true.

They are called rumors for a reason. They are not verified. They got the coin listed on a Korean exchange, they are also now testing an OTC internal exchange via the app. I also sent HitBtc a request to get them added on that exchange too. Price is dropping? Look at the rest of the market.

Yes, Bittrex is their main exchange, and Bittrex disallowed new users from signing up for now, but once Bittrex fixes their issues, then it should skyrocket. Good time to get in, in my opinion.

If the team is making partnership with coins and price droping and doing nothing to be listed on other exchanges than it is smtng wrong. And yes, there are rumors Lomo will be delisted from Bitrex.

If you go to Bittrex.com and you try to trade LoMoCoin, there is no disclaimer that the coin will be delisted. This is fake news, I'm sorry. If it were being delisted, there would be a disclaimer with a message stating when the delisting would take place. Anyone can verify this by checking LoMoCoin on Bittrex.com.

The app is further being developed right now, the app is integrating a new local view (where you can walk around and collect coins), many new partnerships with new coins like AlLink, RUFF, and RED. I feel that most of the discussions happen on their Telegram account, updates show up on their Slack account. It seems like the BitCoin forum has almost been forgotten. Oh, Bittrex is also going to updated to allow new users to sign up again and also to be able to purchase cryptocurrencies directly with cash, instead of transferring BitCoins from somewhere else. The CEO is traveling to various places, giving speeches, etc. Also, there is a documentary that is being made that includes LoMoCoin. Very exciting and amazing things going on. This is an amazing investment and it is my biggest investment during this time.

   what is about the purpose of lmc coin? I think that now this coin stepped aside from its initial plans to be used in an advertising area. there are only airdrops and nothing is heard about practical usage of lomocoin. for instance I never heard that some store used this coin to deliver discount or adopt it as an advertising stimulus for a consumer. can you comment this?
   and I'm not fudding, fomoing or lomoing   just want to make this project more clear for me because I believed in it and now as far as I see it follows another course without sport-distance incentives, without discounts in shops, without advertising different brands etc but only airdrop

What is OTC?

OTC stands of Over-The-Counter. Essentially rather than an exchange where everyone list their bids and asks into two ledgers, you perform a direct peer to peer trading of tokens facilitated by the OTC function. Sort of like eBay for cryptos where you list cryptos to sell and others can buy with cryptos.

Why is this important?

1) Tokens airdropped by the different companies will be traded IMMEDIATELY. These companies don't need to wait to be listed on exchanges, the tokens will be immediately distributed and a market price will be established right away. This is a massive selling point for companies who wish to distribute their tokens as wide as possible and providing liquidity for their tokens.

This in turns make the LoMo platform far more attractive for companies to advertise on starting a virtuous cycle of airdrops -> more users -> users OTC trade with each other with the newly gained tokens -> more airdrops.

2) P2P OTC token trading is perfect for countries who have banned other forms of token trading.

3) Also this saves less technically capable users from having to register on an exchange. Most people in the world are not traders, let alone crypto trading.

4) This allows people to trade really small amount of tokens (like a few dollars) and they won't have to pay for withdrawal fees on exchanges.

Overall this increases the depth of the LoMo economy by a lot and keeps the users to stay within the app. And we haven't even finished developing the best part of the app, the LBS local view

I think the project came out early, but it's still going on, and maybe development is working, and that's good news for investors.

    good questions! maybe this project doesn't have high technical estimations but the important thing in this project is its idea, methods of an attraction of new users and total addressable market in advertising industry though advertising industry is not touched by this project, only in plans
    that's a pity that devs don't visit this forum often, the community manager isn't a deep tech guy and devs aren't too communicative in their plans and future ideas and their answers with vague  and indefinite in time statements BUT I completely support your questions and wait for answers from devs too
