Expect more of the same as soon as the coin hits the exchanges (and during).
As primarily such people want the price of the coin to crash, so they can scoop up cheap Lisk beneath ICO levels.
Of course there could be other reasons... holders of other coins who for whatever reason think this coin (or any successful ICO) would negatively impact the value of their own holdings, or those who cashed out all of their XCR and now don't want to feel bad if Lisk succeeds, or those who don't understand proportional values, and think less Lisk = less value. Of course once in a while there is just the plain troll, but I believe the majority of such people have financial gain of some sort in mind (or otherwise they truly have no life, spending time posting in a coin they have no interest in).
I don't mean this as a defense of Lisk either, as hype people can be just as bad too. But their motives are more obvious, and assume fud or hype, at this point I assume most people realize it plays little role in the value of a coin ... whales move the market, not some guy posting in annoying fonts in a forum.
