interesting - so much developing and it goes down since x years

is there any real chance to recover?

I do not see any partnerships and projects which could bring something up that could recover and push the price. The question is how long their financial backups are enough to maintain the development and operations. Based on their financial reports of the last months [1][2], they burn 275 Bitcoins every months and you can see their financial reserves melting like ice in the sun. I have made a rough estimate: If it continues like this, then the reserves should last for another 12-14 months.

Madana ("Lisk's First Sidechain ICO" - which Lisk-follower wouldn´t remember this 2018 big-news) partners with ($)Waves(platform) now? 😄

guess the main problem is that they´ve advertised their project heavily in the early years, when Lisk was not much more than a theoretical wet dream. People got hyped and had really high expectations of it ("Lisk = the better ETH!!!"). Now, ~4.5 years later they are still developing and developing, but while their current "marketing" is now limited to incomprehensible news like "the 47th epic of Lisk SDK 106.0.0 was closed", people still only can do what they could do 4.5 years ago with it - sending Lisk, receiving Lisk, voting for delegates. Not even dynamic fees are here, which were also announced years ago.

So imo their marketing was a big failure at the early years (completely overhyped it) and it´s once again a failure now (almost no average small crypto-investor can get what the hell they are doing/dev´ing since years - without tangible results, while almost 4/5 of their ICO-BTC´s got burned meanwhile). Over the years this has cost them a large part of their community + reputation, and this resulted in the current state -> Lisk, the disregarded wallflower, has completely moved out of cryptoworld´s spotlight. Furthermore, Lisk´s former unique features aren´t unique anymore, competitiors haven´t slept. On the whole, the sad chart-trend proves me right.

No clue if they will be really able to change this deflated situation again.

note that they got ~ 15k BTC in ICO

much people lost their property in investing
and it seems that nearly nothing valuable is coming out after years of developing
and the founder are silent as if they have leaved the project  Angry Sad
