LitecoinzSwingWalletUI executable jar file but first run the litecoinzd cant find it after starting litecoinz.exe

https://litecoinz.info/downloads/sprout.zip
and place them inside the "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\LitecoinZParams" folder
then in folder litecoinz make a LitecoinZ.conf file
now run the litecoinzd and after that run the gui wallet exe
is this a test pool to test the blockchain or working one

Try with zipfile: https://litecoinz.info/downloads/sprout.zip
I downloaded the zip and created the litecoinzparams folder and placed the proving and veriying key in it but still cant run it asks the con file
