As it looks, the time for the halving has been calculated incorrectly. On https://bitcore.cc/ block #628052 is now specified as possible time point for the halving.
So the rewards stay as they are until then. Currently we are only on block #594617.

In simple words, Odarhom is just a new update with new features like MasterNodes and some others. It's a mandatory upgrade and you have to update in any case, if you want to continue using BitCore. Download the latest version of your wallet and replace your old wallet with the new version of the wallet. That's all you have to do, but don't forget to create a back up first!

I've just noticed the news: Any instructions on how to make one or more Bitcore masternodes on WINDOWS?
I don't have instructions for this, but you can send a pm to this bitcointalk member hanspeter77 and ask. I think his MNs are running under windows.If that is not possible are there any MN servers to rent?
You can rent a vpn server from vultr (google it) and run your own MN on it. Or ask hanspeter77. He offers a BTX masternode hosting service in this thread: BTX o. andre Masternode hosting Service powered by hanspeter77
