Of course I wish you guys are right that all BTX's investors are smart investors who see the potential of BTX– I invested in this coin too and it is only beneficial to me if most people don't sell after airdrop ended. Unfortunately, large population of crypto investors are in for the short gains and freebies. I owned two coins that are like that – after freebies were gone, people started dumping – I didn't and in less then three months price dropped to the floor.

If anyone thinks BTX is greater than other coins and that all investors would hold after airdrop ended then they are in denial or live in their own crypto bubble.

Just HODL
I think as more people are going to invest in BTX as better for us. They will see that BTX is a coin to HOLD and not to dump at this price.
First I also thought, shit when airdrop is over then this coin goes to trash can. But now I don't think so, this coin has a lot of room to climb upstairs.
We have here the best bitcoin like coin ever, much better than any of this forks around. We are now in a good position and come into the radar of investors.
Let us enjoy the next weeks and month.   Cool
When airdrop ends then dumping ends after this there is only one way, we will dominate  Grin

Right now the price of BTX is supported by the weekly airdrop. What will future hold after airdrop ended?

What?  How does giving away millions of free coins “support” the price?

If anything, the price will moon once the freebie coins, the mass inflation ends.

He’s implying that people are only buying btx right now for the free btx, and free money from the airdrops.
That’s the most shortsighted reason though.
The more intelligent buyer, is betting that BTX will be a major player in the future, based on tech, team, development and community. And that this is a chance, that doesn’t come very often, To be a major future holder in a major coin. Due to compound interest, and said coin flying under the radar at the moment.

If somebody wanted to sell you shit, and promised to airdrop you more shit if you bought it, I don’t think you would buy shit from that guy. Unless you wanted some and had a plan for It, and was betting that shit would be the new big thing soon. Manure maybe Wink

Well, BTX IS DA SHIT Wink

I know the analogy isn’t the prettiest, but that’s the kind of day I’m having.
My son is having som stomach issues, and I have been changing diapers nonstop since this morning.

Thats where the tech, our excellent dev team, dev funds, community, and all the hard work everybody has put in until then, comes into play.
That’s why we don’t need any PnD. We need to utilize the opportunity the airdrop gives us, to implement actual progress and development around the coin. And achieve some of the major goals on our roundmap in the meantime.

If we can do ALL of those things, while having the airdrop help us along for a few more months.
Then We should be able to minimize the dumping at the end, and have everything set up for a nice price recovery.

We want btx to have the same price stability at a 100$, 200$, 500$, that we are seeing now at 25$.

My 2 sats.

The airdrops are only a part of distribution, just as the hard forks of Bitcoin (where you could get a free hard fork coin).
But Bitcore is more than just an airdrop coin.

They actually have a roadmap with plans + it's much better than Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, etc.

some new exchanger soon? i don't want to buy btx in those shit exchangers.. i would buy just on trustable ones.

Yes. New exchanges. We need quality new exchanges. Now that we're a top 100 coin, it shouldn't be that difficult. Hopefully, we'll get some new trustworthy exchanges to list BTX. That is one of the things that is holding back BTX.

Bitcore is a top 85 coin! We're going ALL THE WAY UP!  Grin Youtubers are going to be soon be doing videos about BTX and help to bring awareness to this coin. Now, we just need decent new exchanges that will list BTX.

How the weekly airdrops of Bitcore will go on? Is there already a date for the last airdrop? I hope we will get airdrops for the next couple of years from you guys. You are doing great work Smiley

Yes, there will be free 30%+ per month interest [and growing monthly] for years and years to come.

Hahaha  Cheesy

Terve Juha.

I am happily mining at your pool (hope we'll find some block soon:)).
However you have as well min payout chunks from 0,1 BTX each 7 minutes, or did I miss something? You mention that umine 0,1 is rather spammy:).

Ahem. That's true. I didn't think about it, but obviously the only thing preventing those 0.1 BTX payouts when it's the minimum is to have a large portion of the pools hashrate, like I had at first. Now my payouts are almost below 1. Until I manage to implement user settable thresholds, do you think I should increase the threshold to, say, 0.25 BTX?

No problem, as you stated, with current pool hashrate power it's OK. I don't have much hashpower  and it's moreless all the time 0,2+ BTX.
When the hashrate will increase to some sufficient level (1Ghz+ ?) might be good to reconsider so it's really not spammy (untless there is user defined treshold).

Actually one thing to consider as well - as the airdrops are on Mondays I would suggest to have autopay on each Sunday evening, but again it would come more handy when there is more hash power.

Anyway thanks for your pool, it's much more fun to see and gamble when the block if found:), hope we'll get steady at least one a day.

The pool has got two airdrops so far from immature blocks. That's very lucky actually. But I will use these airdrops to extend the period of negative fee. I calculated before that 5% airdrops could sustain a -0.125% fee.

Sounds very good, Kiitos;). I am right now hunting more GPUs which is actually not easy these days (for sustainable price of course). Hope to hang more power to you soon Roll Eyes

cryptopia always does the trick. used it multiple times to buy BTX always worked fine

I never had problems with Cryptopia. The only thing as con is that withrawing Bitcore does take around 1 to 2 hours.

I'm really impressed by the performance of BTX during this storm.
It's just come back to ~20$ where it was a week ago when the entire market goes -30% O_O

Bitcore doesn't move with the market...
This has been shown to be true many times in the past few months!

Bitcore is rank 86 right now!

Anybody renting hash to mine?  I’m interested in a pool that offers sha256d mining with merged mined coins.

Cheers!

I don't rent sha256d, but when I started to look around mining BTX I first checked and rented timetravel10 rigs on http://miningrigrentals.com (however the price for the BTX hashrate was quite high).

Hope will not get banned for the link, if there is an issue just let me know and I will delete it.
